Rent och fräscht. Väldigt bra läge. Lite omständlig incheckning som man gör själv. Blev lovad tvåbäddsrum som jag inte fick och de kan inte hjälpa till att beställa taxi till flygplatsen när man har en tidig flight. Men överlag ett jättebra boende och bor här gärna igen nästa gång jag kommer tillbaka.

La chambre est très austère. La VMC et la climatisation sont très bruyantes et l'entretien du matériel est décevant (fixation du robinet du lavabo à revoir, poubelle cassée et lit bruyant).

Rummet var stort och rymligt. Snyggt! Bra ac och sköna sängar. Köket var också stort och rymligt och allt man behövde fanns där. Gullig liten frukosterads där man som växtvärk blev sugen på att göra en insats för växterna som stod där. Bra med kyl och frys när man reser med frysklampar…

This is an excellent property to stay at. Really essentially located. Very modern and well thought out. Lovely decor. Our room was small but excellent value for the price. The check-in instructions seem quite complicated at first, but if you take the time to read them they are thorough. The issue I had with this room was there was a buzzing coming from the fuse box inside the room and because there’s no reception or people on site, it disturbed my sleep without an immediate remedy. The people looking after the Place are very responsive on WhatsApp but again because they’re not there, I struggle to get a taxi in the morning and was fearful of missing my flight. However, if there are not considerations for you, this is an excellent place to stay.

The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access.

Very well located and very clean apartment. Everything we needed was right on our doorstep. We didn’t use the kitchen area, however it was always very clean and tidy. Nice addition of the bag storage area so we could continue exploring before leaving Pisa.

This place is in a good location for a central stay in Pisa at an affordable price. Good bits included like the luggage room, and the kitchen area. Felt safe travelling as a mum and child, as the multi-entry doors made us feel secure. Nice size bedroom. Quiet & dark for sleeping. Bathroom is massive. My 1 fault is please fix the toilet seat. Something so simple would of made it a 5 star for me. As both me and my daughter got fed up of the toilet!

O quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. Não nos mudaram as tolhas, apesar de deixarmos esse pedido na porta do quarto. Destacou-se a tranquilidade e conforto do quarto espaçoso.

I booked the accommodation through Orbitz. After taking payment, I received an email stating that there was no receptionist and we would have to gain entry using emailed codes etc. This should be declared up front, not after payment has been received. We saw a helpful member of staff on the day we were entering. On checkout, nobody was around and I did not know whether my codes would work while storing bags. Someone picked up the phone eventually and the codes did continue to work for the rest of the day, but she had no idea about taxies to the airport, travel to the airport etc. The maid could not speak English or Spanish, only Italian. I would not stay there again, as the daily charge was high compared to the service provided.
