Great value. Great hotel, everything brand new. They are building a breakfast/bakery on site.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We were there on new year's eve and the staff gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate

Nossa estadia no Once Upon Lisboa foi incrível. Deixo muitos elogios a toda staff do hotel. Chegamos um pouco antes do nosso check-in e o recepcionista Pedro já liberou o nosso quarto. A estrutura é nova e de ótima localização. Eu e minha noiva não vemos a hora de voltar a Lisboa para ficarmos no Once novamente.
