Some five star elements
The hotel has many five-star qualities, especially the Moroccan and Mediterranean restaurants and entertainment which are excellent. Unfortunately, the start of our holiday was spoiled by a rude and unprofessional male receptionist who mishandled an issue with our booking. Thankfully, Douae at reception stepped in and resolved it with professionalism. Management needs to recognise her excellent service and take proper action regarding the individual on reception, as first impressions are vital.my holiday was spoiled after arguing in front of my kids which could have been handled better by the male individual first impressions count.
There are also some concerns that let the five-star standard down: long queues, which should not be an issue at this level, and a lot of flies around the snack area. This was off-putting and definitely put the kids off eating food there, which raises hygiene concerns.
