Pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles
Très déçus. L'hôtel est référencé 5* mais il n'est pas à la hauteur dautres 5* au même prix. La chambre familiale est spacieuse mais vieillissante et d'un décor très "faux chic " tout comme le reste de l'hôtel. Le lavabo est vide, aucun savon pour les mains, petites serviettes pour les mains. Les volets sont des persiennes qui ne laissent aucune obscurité à la chambre. Les bâtiments d'extérieur sont jolis et typiques de la Crète. La salle de retaurant principal est immense et nous donne l'impression de manger à la cantine. L'hôtel est très bruyant en intérieur et la musique à la piscine... En point positif : le restaurant italien, très bon et les serveurs adorables et l'espace de la gande piscine non chauffée. Sinon, le personnel peut être souvent fermé et peu agréable.

Mitsis Laguna is a stunning resort in a beautiful location, but what really makes this place is the staff. I want to start by saying a personal thank you to Domna at the theatre bar, who was the most kind compassionate and caring member of staff at any hotel I’ve ever come across. My wife injured herself and Domna gave her very prompt and excellent care, and was so kind and reassuring. For the rest of the holiday she took so much time checking in on us and making sure we were okay she also made such a fuss of our little girl, making her holiday extra special and giving her lots of love and attention which she loved. Another shout out also goes to Marina and Olga also at the theatre bar, two lovely kind humans who gave amazing service and helped make our holiday unforgettable. They were all so friendly and we looked forward to seeing them each day. All of the staff at the hotel were amazing with our baby and made her feel so happy and welcome. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and easily accessible with plenty of ramps for pushchairs and wheelchair users. There is a selection of pools and sun lounger availability was never a problem. They’re lovely sun loungers and very comfortable too. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to a family bungalow with an ocean view in block 9. The bedroom was beautiful and well appointed, with a Nespresso coffee machine and the best stocked minibar we’ve had, which was replenished daily. The cleaning of the room was do

A facility that truly leaves you speechless. The lobby and all the communal areas are meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail—it almost feels like being in Venice. The reception staff greets you flawlessly, and in general, the entire team went out of their way to pamper us throughout our stay. The room was lovely and cozy, carefully furnished. The only downside was the bathroom—while beautiful, it could use just a touch of maintenance. The courtesy set was extremely well-stocked. There was an extensive variety of food options, with several restaurants and bar areas. A noteworthy point: everyone was very attentive to lactose intolerance. In summary, a highly recommended experience, fully in line with the price paid. I’m already feeling nostalgic!

Awesome place. We stayed only 3 nights, but this is really a luxurious place with extraordinary service and outstanding all inclusive. The beach is nice with rough sand but sharp stones in the narrow water. Not the best place for swimming without swimming-shoes.
