入住時接待的那位職員完全沒有笑容，感覺無禮貌。聽到隔離那位職員同其他客人有講其他資訊如WiFi, 接待我們那位完全無講。酒店地點好，周圍有商場，行街食野好方便，B3係通去MRT, 都好方便。

不過不失

浴室有的位置發霉，有些噁心。整體服務不過不失。有時打電話去前臺要打好幾次才有人接聽，又不能夠直接打到房務部，感覺有點麻煩。如果過了房務部整理房間的時間，要自己打電話去前臺要求整理房間。每次出門前都要打電話，很麻煩。有一次沒打電話，結果早上10點出門，下午5點回去都沒有整理房間，還問我門口是否沒有顯示需要整理房間，讓我很無語。前臺有個邊員工服務態度佳，這點值得嘉許。我已經住過這家酒店好幾次了。雖然不是100%滿意，但是習慣了，下次回去新加坡還會選擇入住的。

Tired looking room but great staff

The interior of the room on the club floor looks quite tired and worn out, especially the mold in the bathroom wasn't tolerable. Shower area had insufficient lighting. The desk had scratch marks all over. The team that consist of Kristy Khor, Justin, Joel Tan , Hilary and concierge staff Azizi were fantastic. They put in effort to ensure my stay was comfortable. My appreciation once again.

There is room for improvement

The room was quite close to the apartment building opposite. I could see the residents' and I felt insecure about it. I wonder if they could see me if I did not draw the curtains. No one picked up the phone when I needed something from the housekeeping. I tried calling the front desk and concierge, no one picked up the phone either. I had to write an email. The duty manager called back afterwards. However the things I requested for came three hours later.

Everything was great. Only the toilet is too small, and sound proofs not really good-can hear the guest talking in the next room. Other than that, nothing to complaint.

有好幾個問題需要找大堂經理協助。比如沒有補充拖鞋，小冰箱壞了，還有一個晚上停電兩次，很惱火。軟件可以，酒店的硬件還是要加強的。
