The grounds and amenities were fantastic but the staff and hotel fell through in regards to their promise of being able to offer whatever whenever. We had two requests, one was flat out ignored and the other was done to the bare minimum so much so that it wasn’t even used/useful. Great views. Solid food but nothing to write home about.

Hotel is amazing, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is luxurious, and the staff were always kind and attentive — a true 5-star experience in many ways. However, the management could handle things better. Our main issue was that we booked a Grand Teton Suite, which was important to us as we were celebrating our anniversary. That specific suite was priced about $300 more per night — over $1,000 extra for the stay with taxes and fees — but we were given a Vista Suite instead. When we raised our concern, we were told that the suite we were in was a Grand Teton, which we later confirmed with other staff was NOT true. We were promised a room change, but it never happened, and the issue was never followed up on. It wasn’t about the room itself — all the suites are lovely — but about transparency and honesty. We felt fooled — it was obvious that the room faced a completely different direction and was not the one we had booked and paid extra for! It’s disappointing to feel misled, especially at a five-star property where you expect the highest level of professionalism. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was wonderful.

This hotel is incredible. It’s nestled beautifully in Jackson Hole with the most breathtaking views imaginable. The rooms are exquisite, staff was friendly, rotating fire pits, the most beautiful flower beds anywhere…we had the most amazing honeymoon there!! Can’t wait to go back!
