I booked the hotel because I needed a bed to sleep in and that’s what I got. No frills or additional comfort amenities.

If had wanted to go camping I would’ve rented an RV or packed a tent and a sleeping bag and rented a campsite. I spent $150 for basically a room with NO television and essentially NO wifi. Well, it has WiFi but even the front desk admitted that the infrastructure was “from the 90’s”. It was so slow that I could not even send a text before it timed out. And to make matters worse, they only allow ONE device per room, so my wife and son and I had to take turns logging on to even have any hope of communicating with the outside world because at this area of the park there is also no cellular service. For what you are charging can you not afford TVs and upgrade your damn wireless network??

left early due to winter storm. There was no TV in room probably due to lack of signal and our cell phones would not work either so could not get weather reports.Fan would be used for cooling room in hot weather. Showers were extremily small . Acomadations very pricey for what you got.We spent 5 Nights in Cody 50 miles away very nice room breakfast included and drove back and fourth to Y.N.P. better option beautiful drive.

Way over priced, inconvenient layout small room tiny shower. Worst value in the park.

The property is ok but for the price it is extremely high. There is basically no amenities. The bedroom has the beds, a fridge (no microwave), no TV, the internet only works for 1 person per room and it is practically inexistent. Your lucky if you are able to open your emails. It’s understandable that this is a hotel inside a national park, but the price is sooo high for what you get. We stayed in the Coyote lodging building and the entrance looks pretty run down. No lights outside so make sure you bring your phone if you need to walk anywhere. There is only 1 restaurant nearby and it’s reservations only. We had some sandwich stuff so we were good, but the convenience of been inside the park And what you get for the price is not that great. Depending on the time you stay inside the park, it might be worth staying outside and drive an extra 30 minutes or 1 hour. If you stay in Jackson expect the same thing (high prices for low end motels). But you can find better options on the east side of the park or the north part of the park. Did not made it to the west entrance but it’s probably an option as well. Anyway, your paying for convenience but don’t think you will get more than the convenience to be inside the park. The room was clean and the beds where OK. So at least that’s good. We were there at the end of September.

Wow this place is terrible! Rooms are old and musty. Shower is way too small and short shower head. I'm 5'4 and hit my head plus it leaks and sprays. No ac or heat just a portable fan. No guest service in building. and guest services has limited hours. No internet except lobby area. No tv. No phone Terrible beds old and smelly Pillows feel like rolled up sheets. Ridiculous for the amount you pay Trashy lobby No coffee in room Room service threw clean towels on bef and left old ones on floor. Never going g back Staff rude .

This is 21st century and there is a limited cellular service and next to none internet service. For the price we have paid......it is awful. An average small town motel provides better conditions for a fraction of that price. Even the fact that it actually was inside the park does not change my mind.

It was not what I expected for a hotel in the park. The restaurant was terrible. The general store closes early and opens after 9:00. The shower was a 24” enclosure. No air conditioner, TV or WFI. I get the whole back to nature thing but after dark there is nothing to do. The staff was friendly especially in the gift shop. It was not worth the price we paid. Stay in West Yellowstone, it is close to the park and you get much more for your money.
