very nice room, great staff, great location. breakfast was terrible though, long queue waiting to be seated. food was worse than a fast food store, great staff though. need a huge improvement on food and beverage. stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast plan, only went there once as i didn’t want to waste my quota on the crappy food. overall the hotel is very good, especially the room and staff, 90 out of 100. Thanks

Extremely handsome and cozy design, location is fantastic being right on top of TRX - very convenient. The only complain I have is the room’s aircond which was blowing directly at our face while sleeping at night. Didn’t sleep well the past two nights, we had to sleep at the foot of the bed instead.

Couple on holiday staying for 4 nights. Pros: -We were given cakes with a card personally written and signed by the staff to celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s birthday which was a lovely touch -The room was spacious and had a nice view of the garden and skyscrapers of KL -Went to the gym thrice in the morning in which it was well equipped and well maintained for cardio and strength training -There was morning and evening social hours which provided light snacks to start and end the day which we appreciated very much -The cleaning crew also left the room pristine and ensured the amenities were stocked up every time -TRX is directly connected via the lift, very accessible Cons: -There was an event on two of the nights we were there and some of the staff from the hotel which were part of the event were somewhat unfriendly and cold towards guests especially when in the elevator where they would not hold the door and would talk loudly amongst each other -The room is not fully soundproof as I could hear other guests snoring when I’m standing in front of my room door, not so bothered as the snoring was pretty faint
