Good location

The hotel is located in old town which is very good for us to explore the old town scene. Easy to access from bus station for about 10 mins. Nice breakfast with good coffee. And the receptionist is friendly to answer all the questions. Beds are good. Bathroom can be improved.

Ikke la deg skremme av den trange litt shaby resepsjonen. Rommenne er romslige, rene og med god AC. Frokosten var ganske enkel og skuffende, men servissen og rommene var bra ift pris. Og plasseringen er jo helt nydelig, i en trang koselig gate i gamlebyen!

Bra läge, men låg standard.

Fantastiskt centralt läge i gamla stan, men dålig service och låg standard. Rummet var slitet och något ofräsh (dålig ventilation och AC). Dörren till rummet saknade handtag, men gick att låsa med nyckel. Servicen vid frukosten var usel, skulle serveras mellan 9-10, men var inte på plats förrän 9.30, för att ses dukas av före 10.

Médiocre

Les messieurs à la réception sont très aimables mais ça ne suffit pas. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h, la chambre n'était pas prête, nous avons donc attendu 30 minutes. Ensuite, le petit déjeuner n'a pas pu nous être servi car nous partions à 7h30. Le taxi qui devait être appelé ne l'a pas été ( c'était bien spécifié). Quant à la chambre, l'état était moyennement correct. De l'eau coulait de l'évier et du plafond au dessus de la douche ( ou est placé le chauffaud ???? ). L'accès à internet était difficile dans les chambres. La literie est très bonne et l'emplacement parfait.

Location can't be beat!!!!!

I was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night. I can't believe that I was able to save money and be in the heart of everything! It is literally a few steps from the main walkway in old town. Checking in is easy as there was someone there to greet us and give us our key. Ensure you have the city fee in cash or you will have to go to an ATM nearby and pay ATM fees. I checked out the next morning and was able to leave my bags while I went to explore more. I loved the old charm in my room, especially the large golden and crystal chandelier!

Run for the hills, stay away at all costs!

I booked this place for our last night in Dubrovnik based on location, price, and the promise of breakfast included. Big mistake. When we arrived, the room wasn't even ready because it was being “cleaned”—but once we got in, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The entire property is in terrible shape. The room reeked of horrific mold and humidity. Everything was covered in dust—nightstands, bed frame, under the bed. The sink had no soap, and this was the only place we stayed at in Croatia that didn’t even provide shower gel. The shower design is bizarre and floods the floor. The hairdryer barely worked. The air conditioning was useless, we had no remote, everything is old and in poor condition, the room was boiling. As for the bed: I requested a queen and got two tiny beds pushed together, both uncomfortable with awful mattresses. The ceiling had holes, the towels were like sandpaper, the sheets had holes, and we ran out of toilet paper. The included “breakfast” was stale bread and cold cuts—nothing fresh or appetizing. It was clear the owners do not care at all about the condition of this place or the experience of their guests. RUN FOR THE HILLS. This property is falling apart and is absolutely not worth it. I would never stay here again.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter la vieille ville. Mais nous avons être très déçus par l’état de la chambre. Grosses taches d’infiltration d’eau au plafond qui gouttait en continu. La moquette était mouillée. Fuites aussi dans la salle de bain. Aucun service de nettoyage de chambre pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour. Nous avons dû réclamer des serviettes propres et récupérer du papier toilette nous-mêmes.

Kuvaus ei vastaa todellisuutta

Hotellin kunto ei vastaa kuvausta. Kuvauksessa luvattiin, että hotellissa on mm. ilmastointi ja wifi. No, huoneessa oli kyllä ilmalämpöpumppu, mutta se oli rikki. Tilannetta oli yritetty korjata tuomalla huoneeseen tuuletin ja jäähdytyslaite, mutta laite oli aivan liian heikkotehoinen, että se olisi viilentänyt huonetta. Lämpötila huoneessa oli vuorokauden ympäri reilut +30°. Wifi ei toiminut, vaan siihen pystyi liittymään vain ilman internet-yhteyttä, joten siitäpä sitten olikin paljon iloa! Vessanpöntön kansi ja istuinrengas olivat puoliksi irti ja suihkusta irtosi heti ekana iltana suihkupään suutin (jonka tosin onnistuimme itse korjaamaan). Myöskään lentokenttäkuljetusta hotellille ei saanut, vaikka niin väitettiin. Hotellille lähetettyyn viestiin ei koskaan vastattu. Hotrllin sijainti sentään oli erinomainen.

Un apena, podrían cuidar más el lugar

A la llegada no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos ofrecían un apartamento en otro lugar, cuando nuestra elección fue por la ubicación. Dormimos bien un par de noches aunq con algún mosquito pero normal con la calor. Es una pena porque la ubicación es súper buena, pero el lugar está bastante dejado. El baño estaba realmente sucio con pastillas de jabón abiertas y además la mampara del baño y los azulejos muy sucios que con un poco de lejía y algo de cariño podrían tener impecable. Tengo que destacar que no somos nada exquisitas mi hermana y yo y aún así nos pareció guarrete el baño. A pesar de todo la señora es amable.
