This place is amazing. It's extremely convenient to all the sights in Old Town Quebec City. Although parking is a bit pricey, it's very convenient and is covered with unlimited in/out privileges. It's not inexpensive but it's really worth the extra. I thought I was reserving the same room we had before (on lower level with stone walls and exposed beams but it was a different room. This room was actually just as good. Roomy, comfortable, quiet and on ground floor. It's an old building w/o elevators so if you have a bad back, it's perfect. The front desk folks are superb. The only thing I didn't like was that they have changed their breakfast to a buffet and most of the food is high carb. It's still very good and they have a cappuccino/espresso machine for folks who want more than plain coffee. I highly recommend this place for convenience, service and quality.

Loved Le Manoir d'Auteuil. Very convenient location near the walls and within a very short walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Gorgeous room with plenty of space for luggage. Breakfast hit the spot with croissants, hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, and other pastries. A restaurant breakfast would have easily cost $30-40!

First time visiting Québec City, and this boutique-style hotel absolutely added to the historic charm and warm, friendly vibe of the city. It felt like I stepped back in time—but with modern comfort and plenty of character. Now, let’s talk about the stairs. Oh, the stairs. I stayed on the fourth floor, and let me tell you, after a day of wandering the cobblestone streets, eating too much poutine, and soaking up all the beauty Old Québec has to offer... those steps felt like Everest. 😅 BUT to be fair, the hotel did give a clear heads-up well before check-in that there are no elevators. So, props to them for transparency. If you’re planning a stay and want to save your legs for exploring, I highly recommend requesting a room on the first or second floor. Bonus: from the top floor, I did get a cute little peek-a-boo view of the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac—felt like a secret VIP view! All in all, if you're into charming architecture, friendly vibes, and don’t mind a mini workout, this place is a gem. Just maybe stretch first. 😄

Fantastic location with THE nicest staff. We showed up several hours early and were able to have breakfast, store our luggage, and enjoy Quebec before we checked into our room. Breakfast was great each day. Truly the staff made it a 5 star stay.

This is a perfect little hotel located inside the walls of tha amazing city of Quebec. Parking was easy on the street just in front of the hotel but they also have a lot, that was full. The front desk woman was incredible welcoming and helpful. One of the best hotels on our trip for sure.

The stay was just plain fantastic!! The location was perfect and the hotel lived up to that. A great buffet breakfast was included and was just what we needed to start our day. As to the staff they were from top to bottom the best that we have ever seen. We cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough to do it and the fine and kind people there justice. After only two days they felt like old friends and we were sad to leave.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city so it’s walking distance to old Quebec and really close to Chateau Frontenac. The building is so classy with nice decorations and the rooms are spacious. Free breakfast and coffee/ tea as well. Staffs are really friendly. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful early spring stay at Manoir. The staff was simply wonderful and made you feel like old friends. The hotel was conveniently located at the end of Old Quebec which made it and the Grand Allee very walkable. Highly recommend for a long weekend stay for exploration of Quebec.

Le Manoir d'Auteuil was perfectly located right on the edge of old town. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It has a b&b vibe with small hallways which would make you think the rooms would be small, which they were but the tall ceilings made it feel so open! It's perfectly located and super easy parking which did cost extra, but it was nice not to have to worry about parking.

Friendly and accommodating staff welcomed us to this lovely small hotel crafted from a previous 19th century luxury home on a park-lined street. Our room was very pleasant, my only criticism is that the 1950s bathroom, while charming, could use a refresh. There is a bar/restaurant available to breakfast purchase, or evening cocktails. Convenient, although much better breakfast options were available just a short walk away. Parking at a municipal garage was convenient and appreciated. Location was perfect. Just close enough to all of the fun of Old Quebec, but in a quiet and safe area. A very nice experience overall!

This boutique hotel was perfectly located for exploring Old Quebec City. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room which seemed newly upgraded. It was comfortable and very private. We certainly look forward to staying here again.
