Raskt internett. Særdeles hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. Leiligheten var ren og fin. Beliggenhet trekker ned - rett ved trafikkert vei, men med tanke på en veldig grei pris så oppveier det. Stort shoppingsenter og en stor outlet ca. 30. min. gange fra hotellet.

Place was in good enough condition, clean and there was a bottle of water for each guests which was a great thing because we arrived at 2am. Replies back very quick to any queries and requests. This is not a hotel but a flat with kitchen. There was power outage twice which was resolved quickly.

Only one toilet paper for a 3 night stay. No heater option available, despite a remote control which doesn’t control anything. It’s listed with a sofa bed, that I needed but there was no sheets or pillows for it. There was hair in the bed sheets and in the shower. I have photos to prove it.

We had a premier 1 bed unit and overall the property was very comfortable. Good quality fittings, spacious and a large covered balcony but there are three points to be aware of: 1. The description implies there is a full kitchen - there isn't. There's a fancy combined oven/microwave but no hob and no cooking equipment so preparing any kind of hot food is a "challenge". There are many reasonably priced restaurants in Alicante but nevertheless... 2. The property is on Gran Via which as the name suggests is a busy main road so there is constant traffic noise. Not a big deal but noticeable when using the balcony 3. It's about a 45min walk down from the property to the sea front but there is a bus stop right outside with a bus every 15/20 min and while we were there 10 trips were costing €5.25 so virtually nothing. 4. There are various supermarkets within a 10min walk but otherwise nothing of interest to tourists in the general area. Having made these observations we enjoyed the stay and woud be happy to use the property again should we return to Alicante.

Logement spacieux et à la décoration soignée.Tout était propre et en bon état. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable et efficace. Seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas de plaque de cuisson et la vaisselle est un peu limitée. Mais on s’en accommode parfaitement sur un court séjour.
