酒店位置優越鄰近車站，但員工服務不佳，Check-in時已要求維修房間壁燈，但完全沒有跟進，而且平時見到職員就算我主動同佢打招呼，佢哋都木無表情不是太友善呢

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es braucht dringend eine Revision. Die Wc Spühlung funktionierte nicht immer, manchmal musste man mehrere male drücken. Das Hotel ist bei der U-Bahn Station Wembley Park direkt um die Ecke und daher sehr gut gelegen für ins Wembley Stadion zu gehen.

For a short trip to Wembley, it's perfectly fine. It's only a 5-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, and the Underground station is right next to the hotel. The hotel has seen better days. The hallways had a musty smell, and the rooms felt worn and dated. The breakfast was nothing special. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotelkamer was groot en op zich netjes, te weinig stopcontacten, met name naast het bed ontbraken stopcontacten, bedden waren heel goed, de kamer was schoon. Een 2e stoel bv aan het bureau was wenselijk geweest. De badkamer is echt aan vervanging toe, Douchegordijn is echt niet meer van deze tijd, zo ook de vaste douchekop aan de muur en douchen in bad. De voegen buitenkant van het bad zat vol schimmel, echt smerig. De ligging ten opzichte vsn Wembley park station en het Wembley stadion was echt super. Als de badkamer gerenoveerd zou zijn dan is het een tophotel. Op eventdagen in het Wembley is een hotelkamer bijna 3 keer zo duur en dan mag je toch echt wel schoon en modern sanitair verwachten. Ontbijt was goed, niet heel uitgebreid maar wel voor ieder wat wils.

The toilet had some flushing issues, but mostly worked. My major complaint was there was no power outlet near the head of the bed, so i had to sleep upside down to use my cpap machine.

Die Zimmerreinigung nur auf Aufforderung bzw. auf Wunsch. Mit Flecken beschmutzte Hand- und Badetücher. Veraltete Sanitärobjekte und unpraktisch. Die Umgebung der Hotelanlage war dreckig. Keine große Auswahl an Frühstücksbüffets und jeden tag wurde das gleiche angeboten. Das Peronal war in Ordnung und freundliche.

Överlag slitet och ej renoverat på länge. Rena rum men smutsigt i övrigt. Första rummet vi fick stank cigarettrök så illa att man kunde lukta det i korridoren med stängd dörr. Fick dock byta rum utan problem. Hjälpsam personal. Frukostutbudet var ganska sparsamt.
