Molto gentile la signora. Stanza pulita. Peccato neanche una minima colazione e bagno cieco con ventola che ci mette molto a togliere odori dalla stanza.

She was very nice and the actual room was nice. It showed on the listing as a 3 star hotel and it's just half an apartment with neighbors who live there with kids and very loud TV's and noise from people walking upstairs. I never would have booked if I knew it was set up so strange. We had to wait over an hour to be let in. There's no key code. We wanted to stay in a hotel. I don't want to contribute to the short term housing issue in Europe. This place is one reason tourists are hurting the city. Once we got in after calling with no answer, you walk into a tiny kitchen area that's worthless. One bedroom on each side with it's own lock. There was a pot to boil water and a few tea bags...no coffee cup and only one water glass for the 2 of us. There was nothing in the kitchen, so I'm not sure why they even say there is one. Not even a coffee mug. The room was clean, but know that this is NOT a hotel and NOT a B&B. Just don't call it a hotel!!
