Was told that since we had 2 motorcycles they would not charge us $20 for parking, my final bill showed that was untrue. Our shower did not work(wouldn’t turn on) maintenance doesn’t show ip till almost check out time, no shower. Management was unwilling to reduce the price we paid for the room. Perfect location, friendly service, complimentary coffee, and they were able to get me an early check-in, as well. My preferred place to stay in Santa Cruz.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower was very large. The pool looked inviting. I did not sleep well however, partly because the outdoor lights shone into the room all night. Shutters blocked most of the light, but light came in from up above. I did not appreciate having to pay $20 to park my car. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided. Gourmet coffee was available. I had a room near the pool. There are rooms available with a beach view, but those rooms require walking up and down steep stairs.

It was our first stay here, we r so pleased! I can’t wait to come back. The location was amazing since we spend a lot of time at the beach boardwalk and wharf! Pool was heated spa was amazing after all the walking.

Our room was fabulous! The view as amazing! Used the balcony whenever we were in our room! Always wanted to reserve the room with the view and now we need it everytime

The location was perfect for our 1 night away. Easy to walk to the boardwalk and the shopping area. Oceanview room had 2 cute chairs to sit out in the front and enjoy the room. Will be coming back!

What a great place to stay, great location, across from the beach. Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Best free laundry ever. We had a great stay and would recommend to everyone! Lots of families there and being an old couple enjoyed all the happy noise. Plenty of parking.

We loved the spacious Beach House Suite with ocean views! The room was clean and the beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of pillows to go around for the four of us. The location is perfect, directly across from the beach, pier and boardwalk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Santa Cruz and the Beach Street Inn have awesome vibes!

Great location and view from the balcony. Spacious clean rooms, newer. Bathroom is nice. Small fridge, sink, counter and microwave in the room. Our room was missing a desk or couch.parking is convenient. Pool looks nice.
