As we arrived early, our case was kept safe until our room was ready, and we went out for the afternoon.
Checking in to the hotel later, we entered our room to find the netting had dirty marks on them and there was a dirty mark on the pillow case. The pillowcase was changed but there were no replacement nets. A different room was offered, but we were tired by this point so declined.
There was a fridge in the room which was handy, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The TV had freeview channels, but disappointingly wasn't a smart TV so we weren't able to watch a film after a busy day - I would have expected a modern smart TV for the price.
On the last night, and the following morning, the air-conditioning was not working, which was disappointing as when I rang reception, I was told it would be dealt with but it wasn't.
The breakfast was satisfactory with some lovely pastries.
I would have expected a better experience for the price, so I won't visit again.
