Great location close to the cruise terminal. Property is just very old. Tiny room with a great view. Bed was uncomfortable but we were exhausted after an overnight trip so we just stuck it out. Close to dining and shopping.

Room was simple, clean, adequate for a short stay. Management was not clear on providing instructions on where to the find the breakfast in a nearby building. Ended up eating at the cafe directly outside. A map on how to find breakfast room would have the stay perfect.

Enjoyed our one night stay before we set sail. Stefano was very kind and helpful with checkin and arranging us a ride to the port. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and I loved the decor. Stairs to get to your room so with luggage keep that in mind. Stefano helped with our bags with was so kind.

Great location. The hotel has old world charm and very comfortable. Our balcony was delightful. Stephano was the best host. Very caring for all you needs. Great communication. The hotel is in the heart of the city with a wonderful selection of restaurants nearby. GiGi downstairs was a delight. Met some nice locals who made us feel like old time friends. Do yourself a favor and stroll the waterfront shops (2 blocks away) and collection of great food selections. We were there for a cruise. The port is 5 minutes away. I will go back!

A great location in a charming town. We have never stayed in Civitavecchia, and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner met us just outside the entrance and was super friendly and helpful. He recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby and even walked us most of the way there to make sure we found it. The room was lovely (and cool) which was greatly appreciated since the weather was quite warm. We would stay here again.

Large flight of stairs to get to rooms with cases. No reception staff. Unable to access wardrobe in room as it was locked so nowhere to hang clothes. No chair to sit on. Small fridge on the floor. Noisy.

Ótima localização e bom atendimento. Quarto e banheiro limpo. Ar condicionado silencioso e funcionando bem. Café da manhã simples, não vale a pena pagar, porque tem uma cafeteria ao lado com opções melhores (considerando que o café é em outro local, mesmo sendo poucos passos dali, mas já que precisa sair do local, vai na cafeteria que é ao lado (até mais perto que local do café). O quarto só tem 2 travesseiros na cama casal (como eu gosto de deitar na cama antes de dormir pra ver TV ou celular, senti falta de mais um travesseiro).
