Thie Paradise Inn is the best motel in Montebello. They have an awesome staff, they so nice and accommodating..The rooms are so clean, comfortable beds a ffridge and a microwave great parking, clean grounds, what more can you ask for.

2nd stay decided to stay again to see if things would change. At check in the proceeded to ask for cash for the deposit but it don’t state that anywhere so they took my card. I guess there was note by name from the previous visit and they finally apologize for the inconvenience of what happened at my last stay. All in all stay was fine with issues or concerns

Check-in was fine, young lady was nice and friendly. Confusion in the front end had it down I was suppose to check out a day earlier then I booked. They came to the door around Noon, with the slightest knock that I was lucky to hear personnel (gentleman) proceeded to enter before I even reached the door starting I should Be checked out. I actually caught a cold and was there that day informing and proving to him my check out dates was the next day. After proving my time in the hotel he neglected to inform housekeeping and the they entered as I was coming out of the shower. Never received an apology for the inconvenience and when I called the front desk they wanted to come to them for the issue at desk and didn’t want to hear about the issue. I checked out really early the next morning a different gentleman checked me out asked how my stay was, explained what happened, he took some notes and said he would Make sure it doesn’t happened again but still no apology, that was fine since he actually listened

I and my husband come from Arizona stay two nights when we enter the room, i can't believe so nice and clean has a refrigerator, (it doen't listing has a refrigerator), W-F fast parking easy and bright, people every good sevice, good deal for stay. We will be come back agian and give 5 stars!!!!!!

I love the Paradise Inn, clean rooms, the staff is wonderful, so nice and accommodating. The TV’s are very larger than most motel’s. Great parking, fridge and a microwave. What more could you ask for. The lobby always smell so good.
