staff was in Georgia. Person at lobby desk (not part of Landing staff unfriendly. Phone app only for access was awkward. (My phone didn't have a data plan for your app) Dishwasher didn't work (?). One frying pan. Never did use washer/dryer so maybe they don't work? Broken microwave handle. Stove dangerous if there were children. Kitchen sink had no plug so couldn't wash dishes. Would have been nice to at least have salt and pepper condiments. Overall used feeling to unit. Parking expensive so used alternative parking down the street.

Apartment is super comfortable and cute. Would stay here again! Perfect spot to visit downtown and walk! However, there was just small stuff that needed to be cleaned in the apartment, but still a good stay!

While the unit itself was beautiful and well kept, there were some things that left us disappointed. The internet did not work-not a huge deal but a little frustrating. We were told that short term stays do not include parking, but during checkout we were asked to return our parking pass. We had to pay $16 a day to park in the underground garage. I’m not sure that I would recommend this place for short term stays, but think it would be great for long term stays!

I wasn't notified ahead of time that there was missing information for my verification so the check in details weren't provided to me in time. I was on the phone with member services for 30 mins trying to get it figured out. The location is great however, there is a significant amount of traffic noise at night for hours on end. Very loud cars which seem to drag race down Broadway, both nights we were there. It was super hard to sleep through. The bedroom in the 'primary' room was horrible along with the pillows. The bed had some kind of topper on it I think and every time you move, it makes a crinkle noise. The pillows are severely over stuffed ones and couldn't even sleep with them. The kitchen had it's essentials, but is definitely missing a toaster. The primary shower isn't great either, the rain showerhead doesn't have a lot of pressure.
