I stayed at this hotel for a very short overnight layover near Delhi Airport, checking in around midnight and leaving again at 5 AM. For this type of stay, the hotel had many positives.
The location is excellent and extremely convenient for airport connections. The price was very affordable, and the room was surprisingly large, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities. For comfort and value alone, the experience could easily have been a five-star stay.
However, there were a couple of issues that affected my brief visit. Unfortunately, there was no hot water available for a shower, a big disappointment after a long travel day. Given how late it was, I didn’t request assistance, as I needed to maximize the little rest time I had.
The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, and in principle it’s included, but they require 24 hours’ notice. I reached out a few hours short of that to ask about pickup from the airport and never received a reply. As a result, I had to arrange Uber rides for both arrival and departure.
Overall, the hotel offers great value, excellent location, and comfortable rooms, but communication and basic services (like hot water) could be improved. For a short layover, it’s still a solid option if you manage expectations and plan your transportation in advance.
