The property was clean and very well-maintained with modern amenities such as: remote controls for the air conditioner in each room. It was very quiet and in a great location. It was within walking distance to the beach. It was a family friendly place and had a huge, beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating. We had the best time there, and will definitely be returning.

This is absolutely wonderful hidden gem! Quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient location, and walk to beach (we did everyday sometimes twice!). A little confusing about non refundable deposit to get entrance code at start, but small bump in road for what you get for price you pay! Thank you for one of, if not the best, places I've ever stayed, for the money!! Thank you!!!

A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.

My primary reason for the low rating of this property has to do with hidden fees and a lack of response from the host. I booked the property with a non-refundable price. After I booked I was sent a link to check-in. During the check-in process I was given a choice of paying a non-refundable $30 deposit or a $600 refundable deposit for damages - assuming they did not find any damages. I was staying 1 night and the $600 to me felt unreasonable. I messaging the property about this and never heard back. In addition the rates had a nightly fee plus a larger property fee. I mean just include it all in 1 price. The property was clean and sufficient for my stay but I would not stay again.

The room was fine. It was smaller then it looked in the pictures. It's near the road where they were doing road construction all night. We got little sleep.

Issues with the code for the door first I tried to check in early and had to call the office to have them open the code up. Then sometime the next night they changed the code no call, text, or email I had to call the office again for the new code.

As a frequent Hotels.com customer, this was one of my most disappointing experiences. The property looks neglected, poorly maintained and almost abandoned. The reality is completely different from the advertised pictures, both inside and outside. The photos appear to have been taken many years ago and no longer reflect the property’s current condition. The outdoor areas are poorly maintained, including an old bicycle practically falling apart in the courtyard. The door lock was unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not, raising security concerns. Several advertised photos show spaces that do not correspond to our unit or its common areas. We arrived just 30 minutes before check-in but were not possible. Disappointed, we left early in the first day and offered to pay for two nights, requesting a refund for the remaining two. Management refused, claiming we misunderstood the studio classification. However, that was never the issue. Management seemed more concerned with enforcing policies than guest satisfaction or finding reasonable solutions. My advice: Check recent guest photos before booking. The advertised pictures do not reflect what we experienced. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.
