Great welcome by Asisi, a lovely girl & a credit to this hotel. Stephanie was also very welcoming from the Urban hotel. I stayed here for one week, rooms were so clean, food very good. Miguel in the restaurant was so helpful. I would recommend this hotel, right next to Cafe del Mar and Mambo.

Alles wunderbar. Tolle Lage. Tolle Aussicht. Super guter Service. Lecker essen und die Getränke sind auch sehr gut. Ab 19 Uhr Musik am Pool mit einem tollen Sonnenuntergang. Zimmer super sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet.

This was an excellent stay from beginning to end! The staff were so accommodating and helpful with recommendations and local tips. The rooftop pool was beautiful and everyone was also very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained also. We also caught them in a rainy weekend so there wasn’t many people there but a wonderful stay with nice wellness amenities.

La chambre était spacieuse mais les lits auraient pu être plus confortables. La salle de bain était super jolie. Le spa était bien, l’eau du jacuzzi aurait pu être plus chaude et la piscine du rooftop est froide mais la vue est belle. Le personnel est super gentil et le déjeuner est varié. L’hôtel est bien situé. Je recommande vivement

Quarto e café da manhã espetaculares. A gerente do local foi um anjo e nos ajudou em tudo que precisávamos, sendo totalmente prestativa. O meu ponto extremamente negativo vai direcionado ao atendente homem da recepção do período da manhã, o qual sempre soltava algum comentário desrespeitoso e olhares para minha companheira, sendo que tive que me conter para não gerar confusão. Totalmente despreparado e desrespeitoso
