・夜のチェックインについて電話で丁寧に教えてくださりありがとうございました。 ・記載させていただいた宿泊者名簿（個人情報）の取扱いが少し不安です。例えば、チェックアウトカード投入用ボックスをしっかりした造りにして、カードと一緒に受付ボックスに入れるようにすることはできないのでしょうか？

Room were so big and comfortable. The property is well managed. The only thing o didn’t like is that the room wasn’t cleaned daily as you had to pay extra for that but no worries since my friends and I are pretty well at keeping clean. 10/10

The rooms are big, clean and nice. The big issue is the not working WiFi in your room. We had a Japan Esim, but otherwise you would have a problem. It looks to me they are not really working to fix it. But except this I will really come back to this hotel. I recommend the hotel.

No contact phone number of the place given. Leaving coffee powder,creamer and sugar packets would have been more helpful. One day supply given though stayed for 4 nights!

Had the top floor suite for few nights, the room is great and the balcony provides a good spot for rest after a day out and coffee before heading out. The hotel sits at the middle of every typical attractions. It takes a couple minutes of walk to the nearest station and buses. Depending on where you plan to visit, in the middle means it takes same as long to go any direction. Which could be an inconvenience for some. We didn’t encountered many staff during our stay, everything was done remotely, and they left all the supplies you may need at the lobby. Which is perfectly fine for me. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend if you are looking for an accessible place to stay in downtown Kyoto.
