This was one of the best stays I’ve had in Brooklyn! Mr Sahid was so patient with my family for check in and gave us a breakdown of amenities and breakfast and assisted us in knowing what was around for our convenience.. this is my only place to stay now

There was fighting and screaming in the hallways..we heard people being threatened and exceedingly loud sexual screaming clearly audible in the room..The rooms smelled of urine and the mamangement was not helpful. Never coming back, and advise anyone to think 3 times before booking.

The room was clean and fine. This hotel, specifically on the first floor, was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The echo of sounds in the hallways and the lobby made sleep a challenge. No move to a quieter room which we requested was provided. We also had challenges with our group reservations that the desk person was unwilling or unable to fix. This resulted in a lot of Venmoing friends to resolve ourselves.

Pris and Cons: The outside looks run down. The lobby is super hot and musty, but the rooms were nice, spacious, clean, up to date. The staff was friendly. All in all, I would book again.

Overall stay was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The only issue we had was parking. There is only street parking and it was kind of tough to find a space.

NYC hotels are a hit or miss at this price point. The room was clean but the strange thing was the old school TV with local channels only. Breakfast was offered but the eating area was very tight. Overall, if you just need somewhere to lay your head at night this hotel works.
