We stayed in room 311 when we got there . It had no air and the loud subway pass right by our window every 15 mins.. they had no other room To change me to that night . But Dayna who was very understanding changed my room to 216 the next day which was a much better room and could not hear the subway anymore . Over all a good stay ..

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and caring. They were top notch. The thing that was annoying and keeping us up at night was the subway. It was so loud in our room which was on the 5 th floor and window towards the subway. The other thing that kept us up was there was a bar across the street so a whole bunch of drunk people screaming and hollering outside anywhere from 12 AM to 3 AM..

Located in the (my) heart of bedstuy this hotel is everything you need for an 'urban' stay: tons of food nearby, stores that sell anything you may need: clothing, housewares, shoes, groceries, within minutes of stepping out the hotels door! I found parking immediately 1/2 a block away. I'll be back! Obviously, you have to be aware that this is a busy area not far from Bushwick ave, & in NYC things can happen quickly. But I felt safe here!

We would 100% stay here again. It is half a block from the subway stop so it was super easy to get to places we wanted to go to. They let us store our luggage until it was check-in time. The lobby was nice, clean and welcoming with coffee and tea available. A few things you will notice and want to deal with: 1. It’s right by the subway stop! Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. 2. There isn’t conditioner in the shower - only shampoo. That’s it! We all thought it was a nice option.

Beware of this Bushwick area. It's very run down, dirty, and has homeless people nearby. Given signs of break-ins, I refused to park my car in the neighborhood. The hotel and the surrounding area (over 3/4 mile) have NO parking options. It's located literally adjacent to the above ground subway and is quite noisy.
