TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING

Dont be fooled, the hotel is not as described, the listing said king bed and sofa bed, it was not a king bed and there was no sofa bed, the front desk manager and staff were VERY RUDE, and disrespectful and kept arguing even though i showed proof on the website, and the the mistake was their fault for misrepresentation and false information, the room floor was sticky, hotel sheets, towels and bed were dirty, there is no elevator so carrying suitcases up 4 floors was difficult, bed didnt have a blanket and there was only one sheet on the bed. There were like 20 flies on the ceiling and dust all over, refer to some of the pictures, My main issue was the rudeness and disrespect by the staff, i asked for a refund since they were not giving me the room i paid for and they refused very rudely, DO NOT STAY HERE, pay more and stay somewhere cleaner with nicer staff

We got off to a rough start with tv that does not work as well as a water leakage but it turned out well in the end. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels provide. Room on the other is not what it looks like in the picture. It could do with a makeover. Area around hotel is noisy in the early hours of the morning.

Private but centrally located in Taksim

Always a good choice in Istanbul. These apartment suites are clean and well equipped. Very close to Taksim square but still in a private location. Authentic area - other houses are a bit worn down, but a safe street.

I stayed in the double room (Standard Cift Kisilik Oda). Overall, it was a wonderful stay. What I liked: -Great location! Very close to the main attractions, Istiklal Avenue, Taksim Square and Metro station. -40 inch TV with Netflix and YouTube -decent internet connection -small kitchen -staff and cleaning What I didn't like: -On some days in the middle of May the heating was turned on. To me it just didn't feel right in such a warm climate. I had to ask them to turn it down. -It wasn't a problem but having more kitchen utensils wouldn't hurt.
