Loved the view. The rooms where recently updated and are very comfortable and well laid out. Loves the decor modern and tropical. The staff was extremely pleasant. The pool area was very nice and the VIEW wow. The location was very central.

Ira was the only attentive staff member! Expedia photos do not match the actual condition of the property! When we checked in, large barrels of paint and maintenance supplies were stored outside our front door. Property is still in bad shape from the last hurricane. Front desk and retail staff were very rude and didn’t care about guests or their jobs. Restaurant staff did not advise guests about the included gratuities. Property is not ADA friendly! I don’t recommend you stay there! Beware!

Great place to stay, but I'd recommend renting a car if staying at Bluebeard's. The hill is no joke, and nothing is as close a walk as it looks on Google maps. You can get pretty much anywhere on the island on 20 minutes, but be prepared from steep grades, hairpin turns, and skinny roads. Hotel itself has great views, and even offers a kitchenet (a pleasant surprise). Food at both bar/restaurants is very good, and the staff kicks ass. Convenience store clerk makes a mean bagel and will make you laugh. She's living it up in there. Highly recommend St Thomas, but once again, rent a Jeep

This was an awesome property for an affordable price. The rooms were spacious and suite style with gorgeous panoramic views of the city and harbor!! Conveniently located close to air port and nearby attractions but it is not exactly in a walkable location with safe sidewalks to use

The room was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The people at the bar / restaurant were extremely nice and welcoming. However at the front desk all of the receptionist were rude and condescending. They did not say hello or even welcome. If it was not for them the stay would have been a 10/10 but the receptionist were so rude they need to work on their customer service.

Not a fancy place but if you're on a budget it wirks just fine. The rooms were very clean and updated. The views are incredible. Staff is helpful. Surprisingly the food at the restaurant on site was very tasty. It served us well on our 5 night trip.

This place was perfect for our family. We were able to prepare meals in the room and the room was quite comfortable. The property was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful view from our balcony. We enjoyed having the restaurant right on property, along with the bar and their various entertainment opportunities. The property is on a very steep hill, there were people walking it daily, but I would not recommend that.

Visited with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Absolutely loved it! Would recommend to everyone. Centrally located. Only a few minutes away from everything. Next time I would definitely rent a car. The hills were hard to walk up. Now I know for next time but 10/10 all around.

The customer service at the front desk is horrible. The young woman who checked me in had such an attitude. She doesn’t seem to like her job and probably needs to find a new one. The porter/bellman was nice and was the only one who was helpful or even smiled. The bar staff is great too. But the women at the front desk are the hotel’s 1st impression. They are horrible.
