This hotel is right in front of the bus stop which made it incredibly easy to get public transportation. It’s about 20 minutes to Lucerne. Very clean and comfortable bed. Only thing I would have liked would be for them to have better pillows and a long mirror.

Restaurant staff were amazing! Hotel rooms are very hot & the beds very uncomfortable, but it’s one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Switzerland that isn't an hostel! Bathrooms are nice too for the place. Transportation is easy via bus that comes every 30 minutes.

Perfect place for one night. The room temperature was indeed cold as mentioned by other guests. Generally everything else was great.

I am not the kind of person who complains and is never satisfied but we called the Berg&Berg hotel, the hotel from hell. Checkin was simple and at first glance we were happy with the room. Then we come to realize there are dead mosquitoes on the ceiling with dried blood a little everywhere. There’s no AC but also no fan - so it’s very warm in the room. We open up the windows and mosquitoes creep in by the dozen. My husband had more than 30 mosquito bites before we decided to finish off the night on the car.

Self-Check-in schnell und einfach. Teilweise renoviertes Zimmer. Zimmer inkl. Bad und Küche waren sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gebäude. Wasser drückte im Gang durch den Boden. Die Fenster sind in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war zur Hauptstrasse. Wenn man keinen tiefen Schlaf hat etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber noch im Rahmen. Wir habe uns wohl gefühlt.

Nice stay, on the go to next step

Nice and calm, selfcheckin was easy. No breakfast but bakery nearby, and coffee in the room. Fridge and cooler available, full kit hen and dishwasher. Nice restaurant in the same building

Erstes Zimmer war stark verraucht. Telefonischer Mitarbeiter hat sehr gut reagiert und ein Ersatzzimmer freigegeben. Das Putzteam hätte dies jedoch merken müssen. Vor Ort ist kein Personal. Die merken nicht mal, dass der Haarföhn mit dem falschen Stecker gar nicht funktionieren kann. Das bringt mich zum Nachdenken.
