This property has potential, but the guest experience needs serious attention before it can be recommended. The check-in process was the biggest issue. There is no staffed reception desk, no clear signage, and a lack of instructions for navigating the property and locating your room. It took close to an hour — and help from a passing stranger — before we figured out that access required walking through a parking garage to an unmarked door. For anyone arriving after dark or for the first time, this is genuinely stressful. The unit was lovely and functional once we got there. But the surrounding area is isolated, with no dining or conveniences within easy reach. This is an apartment-style rental, not a hotel, and the Hotels.com listing should make that clear upfront. I wouldn't book again.

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was a little dirty and the flooring was peeling up. The parking situation was horrible. I paid for an assigned spot and another car parked there twice during my 2 day stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was helpful at check in which we found confusing. Room was clean and nice but the tv was not easy to operate. The heater was impossible for me to get running and the glow from the box was so bright it was difficult to sleep. Shower floor needs better slip protection and the plate around the shower

It was fine for what I needed, which was a clean play to stay in walking distance from the hospital where I was attending a conference. The apartment was well stocked. I didn’t get to use the amenities but it was nice to have them as an option. But the room and overall building were just super sterile and kind of soulless.

This hotel was also an apartment complex and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the design of the unit was very modern. The roof deck has a great view, comfortable couches and a fire pit. Swimming in the heated outdoor pool while it was in the 40s outside was fun! The living room furniture was a little small and h comfortable but it was nice to have that bonus space.

This is the best hotel in phoenix at this price point hands down they have every thing. Washer/dreyer, full kitchen,its a 1 bedroom so you have 2 seperate rooms. The pool is heated and open 24 hrs thats un heard of at a hotel. Stay here and you will absolutely fall in love with this place. Oh ya and you can check in any time they have a kiosk you can use that will except payment and give you your room keys
