This hotel is in a very good location, easy to walk to the ADO and downtown. The employees are all very nice, coffee provided and a very good restaurant downatairs. It has a very nice patio on top of the building with hammocks, sitting area and clotheslines. I always felt safe and the rooms are quiet. Will definitly come back here next time.

We really liked our impeccably clean, spacious room with a stunning view, comfortable bed, a huge TV with Netflix, and a dreamy jacuzzi. The hotel also offers great and friendly service (we were leaving very early in the morning and they even packed us a light breakfast). The beach was quiet and this is exactly what we were looking for.

Very comfortable small Hotel with within a beautiful setting.All the details when you start from the ornamented roofs to the fish ponds , exotic plants , palms and flowers all making it to feel like you are in a jungle wonderland! Owner was very nice and chatty person. Will definitely recommend it . The restaurant too( I had some of the best escargot I’ve ever tried!)

Everything ok except no TV signal even the owner couldn’t fix it. WiFi only worked beside the door. Centrally located, a few minute walk to ADO bus station,and the town centre.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, unique design and landscaping, good wifi, clean, very convenient location ... I'd recommend it to anyone ... we planned only one night but extended it for two ... great price ... I'd stay there again ...

It's a perfect choice for your stay in tulum city. Check in was easy and informative. Beautiful spot, walking distance to the city restaurants and bars. The city is different than you expect, however it is safe.
