The room was gorgeous and the amenities are high quality and readily available. The location is hard to beat—steps from the Santa Fe Plaza. Parking is about a 7-10 minute walk away—door to door. But with careful planning, this isn’t an issue.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Loved the do it yourself convenience. Comfortable bed. A bit of a walk to the parking garage, but not a problem. We will definitely book again. Highly recommended.

An excellent concept for a boutique hotel and art gallery. Impeccably appointed, private, quiet and a cache space that I would recommend for art collectors. Expert, professional gallerist. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Palace Modern Hotel. Everything was great from start to finish. The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location made it easy to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer. We really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Fe area!

The Modern was cozy. Thermostat was not workable for us. Room too warm. The curtain for the bathroom was...unusual. The location was excellent. We watch news, even on vacation and the TV choices were lacking. We liked the Modern and will go back.

The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to shops, museums, and restaurants. Our only criticism is the shower. Poorly designed. Water gets everywhere in the bathroom no matter how careful one is.

It's great. But no staff on site. So think before you book. You get a room. No room service, no bar, no concierge, no restaurant. If that's good for you, it's really good

Excellent walking distance to everything! Parking was easy. The only challenge with parking is the lot does not allow exit before 7 am and we wanted to leave before that.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!
