スタッフ一人ひとりの接客マナーや意識がとても高く、清潔で安心して宿泊できる。アルコール類も必要最低限揃えてあり、ブース内の使用済みカップなども常時監視しているようで、気持ち良く利用出来る。冷蔵庫は静音タイプの電子冷蔵庫なので、就寝中は静かで良く眠れるが、最強にしてもキッチリと冷えないのは残念。 エアウィーブのマットは長時間寝ていても腰に負担が全く無く、旅先での疲れが癒される。地下鉄唐人町駅からも至近で便利。タワーパーキングが併設されているが、高さが155㎝迄、しかし近所にコインパも複数あるのでSUVでも安心。

プラス： 交通のの便がとてもいい。 ベッドの寝心地がとてもいい。 エレベーターが早くくる。 女性として化粧品をもらった。 地域に合わない寒い冬の日にはチェックアウト時に、貼らないカイロをもらった。 トイレとバスルームと洗面のところはそれぞれ別の部屋で贅沢な気持ちだった。 気になる所： 掛け布団を開いたら、髪の毛が一本あった。 湯舟の掃除は奥まで行き届かなかった。自分で掃除してみたが、結局シャワーで済ませた。 道路側だったので、窓を開けると夜中まで音が気になる。 禁煙室ではあったが、ハウスダスト・アレルギーのため、埃が少し気になった。
