A trip back down memory lane.

Wonderful hotel still...I stayed here with my mother when the hotel first opened years ago. My mother had just been released from a day surgery. She was so ihappy with the beds, the room and how the staff accomodsted her. She was impressed then and I am still today.

Will stay again

We have stayed here 4 times in the last 4 months. It’s always clean and staff is great. It is a very convenient location for our needs. However the past few times there have been very rowdy groups of students. This trip they were screaming at the top of their lungs at 10pm and lasted a good 20 minutes they were downstairs in the lobby. It’s just very annoying. Next time I will request to be on a higher floor

We went for quick weekend getaway. Check in was great, the young lady was extremely helpful. Overall a great stay. Just a few things with the breakfast. Most was cold including the coffee.

Waco weekend

Very nice hotel! The indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained and had plenty of towels. The gym was 24 hours which is convenient. A quiet room with a door that separated the beds from the living area was an extra bonus. The black out curtains and nice mattresses made for a very confortable sleep. The staff was friendly and the cocktails at the hotel bar were well made. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had a good variety. Only detractors would be that the microwave could have been cleaner. It hadn't been cleaned from previous stays and the fridge was left on the 'off' setting so it had a smell of parmesan cheese to it. The fact that you need an app to access the wifi and the wifi hook up itself was another difficulty. However, overall it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. A great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Great place but watch for housekeeping

Great place. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the typical hotel stuff. I especially liked that the suites had an extra sink area outside of the bathroom. Only complaint is that housekeeping came by knocking on doors around 9am and would enter rooms if no one answered. I was going to go downstairs while my teenage son was in the shower. Thankfully I got delayed for a few minutes or housekeeping would have come in the room on him. Does housekeeping not have a better way to know who checks out??

Pointless stay

This was a little trip for my daughters birthday. The whole reason we even stayed in a hotel was the indoor pool, which you had. But the chlorine was unbearable. It immediately started to affect our eyes, but we tried to tough it out. But after about 15 minutes, it started to affect our breathing. We could feel it in our lungs. It made to entire trip pointless.
