物超所值

Disappointed and offended

We arrived to find the hot tub out of service which was the main reason we booked this hotel. Pretty disappointing but the manager was super nice about it and it is what it is. At least the pool was still open. Then we got to our room. It smelled terrible. Not sure why so we told the manager who apologized and gave us a different room. Then we went to dinner and came back looking forward to pool time. I double check that it was still open and the posted sign said it was open 6am-Midnight. Great. We changed into our suits and when down. Only the pool was now closed. It was 11pm. When I asked Tyler at the front desk why it was closed he said ‘Yeah, it closes at 11’. I asked why when the pool has a sign clearly posted that said open until midnight. He replied, “ I don’t know what the sign says. I e worked here for a year and we close it at 11. I pressed further stating that that is false advertising and I was looking forward to spending time with my family at the pool. He basically said oh well you can go back to your room and spend time with them there. He was very sarcastic and rude to me and I was shocked at his attitude. Absolutely no customer service skills. He basically took a disappointed customer and turned me into a very angry and offended one. We will never stay here again. What a crappy way to spend our night in Lexington. He told me I could call corporate if I had a problem. I said I would and asked for the number. He said, well you can google it.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay at a great price! Our room included a kitchen, living room, large bathroom, and 1 bedroom. The bed and linen were super cozy. The facility had a great indoor pool and nice hot tub. My only complaint was the subpar continental breakfast and a weird smell in the hallway outside of our room (thankfully we couldn’t smell it inside our room.) We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property close to everything.

We are local to this hotel and will stay every now and then just to get away. Hotel is very nice. Suite like rooms. Hotel is always very clean and very comfortable. The one thing that made us lower our rating this time was they have started charging for parking three dollars a night. Don’t understand the need for this considering the hotel is not sharing a lot with other properties not located in town Plenty of places for people to park.

We travel from GA to KY for Christmas and family birthdays every spring in Dec, Jan and March and we always book the same hotel the last couple years. The rooms with the kitchenettes are nice with the pullout couch for our family of four. The heated pool and hot tub are a must at the end of the night. Breakfast is great and staff is always welcoming.

Everything was very clean. The toilet was slow filling between flushes. I mentioned it to the front desk on our way out and it was fixed when we returned. Breakfast was fairly plentiful, but appeared to be prepackaged and heated in a microwave resulting in everything being rubbery or dried out. Fortunately, my husband and I aren't that insistent on having breakfast included.

It was just ok

It was a beautiful Hotel for my family and I. Only thing was.. the pool was supposed to be heated. It was freezing. The pull out bed for my kids to sleep on was caving in on one side. It didn’t come with blankets or pillows only a mattress. The main bed was hard as a rock. No night lights so it was pitch black for my visually impaired son at night. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Hot tub was nice. Room was beautiful. I don’t think we would be back.
