Great place to stay in playa del Carmen !
this is not my first time staying at this hotel, it located at a great central location , as I don’t like to stay on the Quinta Avenida as it is very loud, comfortable bed and pillows , hot water 24/7(you’ll be surprised how many hotels does have cold water). Ice staff and great breakfast . Definitely recommend.

Bom custo-benefício
O melhor desse hotel é a localização. Somente 2 quarteirões da 5ª Av e em frente a uma linda praça. Muito próximo também ao terminal de ônibus ADO alterna. O hotel é bonito e parece que foi reformado recentemente. O quarto não possui janelas, somente uma parede de vidro que permanece fechada por cortina, pois fica virada para o corredor. O quarto é espaçoso e a cama confortável. O café da manhã e Ok, mas às vezes demorado.

Hotel room was very very basic but clean. We were only staying one night so it wasn’t really a big deal. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant and the live music. However, very loud club music started after the band and went until after 11:00. The place is small so I doubt there was any room that would have been quiet.

Young Party People Only
In Mexico one cannot drink the tap water and hotels always offer a couple of bottles of water so you can brush your teeth, but not this one! You have to run out and find a tienda and buy your own water! The window coverings are blinds that let in all the nightlights and it’s a party place so the boom boom music too. Great place for young people I’m guessing but not us old folks.

Schön aber viel zu laut ;(
Hello und Hola, Also das Hotel war an sich wirklich schön, die Zimmer waren schon bissle älter hier und da ist was kaputt aber alles in Massen. Aber warum ich nur 2 Sterne insgesamt gebe ist: wir hatten keine einzige ruhige Nacht wir waren nie ausgeschlafen und mussten sogar Schlafmittel aus der Apotheke holen. Es war jeden Tag eine andere Party im Pool Bereich es ging fast jeden Tag bis 3 Uhr nachts es war wirklich die Hölle in der Nacht. Das Personal war meeeeega nett aber die Musik hat alles zerstört schade.

J'ai passé un superbe séjour. Toute l'équipe est vraiment au top. Tout le personnel est agréable, bienveillant et aux petits soins Des animations diverses et variées tous les soirs. Bar , restauration, piscine... Les chambres sont très grandes et agréables. La conciergerie et donc la sécurité est assurée 24h/24. J'ai goûté à plusieurs plats de la carte du restaurant et tout était vraiment très bon. Idéalement situé ! Vous êtes à deux pas d'absolument tout le coeur de playa del carmen. J'ai fait tout le séjour à pied. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe ❤️. Je reviendrai c'est certain. Je recommande à 💯%

Solo Experience
Exactly what was expected. Less than a 5 min walk from the Main Street but just far enough off so you don't hear the noise. Great and friendly staff that give you good suggestions, depending on what you are looking for. Great vibe from the hotel with the evening entertainment which varied from night to night.

Ok stay
The staff were all nice and helpful. The communal areas are lovely and they food was good too. The down sides are the room smelt damp and the condition was poor (see pictures) it looked like poor workmanship and lack of care. Luckily I’m a deep sleeper as the music is unnecessarily loud until 1am and we were probably one of the furthest rooms away from the speakers. We had a junior room and at full price it is expensive and would not be worth the money by a long way. The location is great though

Great location
Location is great. Jacuzzi tub was not working. I did not receive the free champagne included in booking the presidential suit. There was a flying cockroach at the balcony, I couldn't sit to enjoy dinner and drink at the balcony. Bar food specifically the shrimp taco was terrible. The only reason I booked the presidential suite was to relax in the outside Jacuzzi bath tub, enjoy drink, dinner and lunch, but I was very disappointed. Everything else was great. Great front desk , great girls at the bar. Great location for all the excursions pick up that I booked. Easy walk to the main 5th Avenue activities, but away from all the noise.

The staff at this hotel is outstanding, from the general manager to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning personnel. Everyone is willing to go out of their way to help you and that helped make our trip great. The only negative thing I can say is about the repairs that must be made to the property. We stayed for a week and the elevator was out of service the whole time. Doing three flights of stairs (some of which are cobblestone) multiple times a day was a challenge.
