The staff was very thorough and helpful throughout my stay. Parking was spacious and convenient, which made things much easier. The room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in great condition. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this place in Rosemead truly feels like a second home. The manager always goes above and beyond to make me feel like family and always makes adjustments to ensure I’m comfortable and at peace during my stay. His wife is also incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality, care, and genuine kindness are the reason I keep coming back. Thank you both for always making my stays so special and stress-free. The staff was very kind. The lady up front was super sweet. The room was decent, some towels were stained. My only note would be that it could be a bit more clean otherwise it was great for one night. Parking and AC were great!

Sam was very nice and helpful as we need an accessible room. The room was clean. Parking was easy. Slight smell when AC was run but we turned it off as the weather wasn’t hot. Will recommend as value based stay.
