It would be beneficial if you had more than 1 wheel chair available in case of emergency. My 93 year mother had an episode in which she could not walk back up to the room. We had to wait 45 minutes in the car for her to right herself before we could help her up to room, and it was midnight when we got back to the resort.
I was told you only had 1 wheelchair available and it was in use. Any other wheelchairs had to be reserved. Doesn't help much when one is needed for a short period of time.
The room was fine and clean. Your one cup coffee maker however does not work very well. The cup of coffee was more like a cup of hot water with a bit of color to it.
We did have a meal at the Pala Cafe and the prices were reasonable, and food was good. However, your Cafe Amore, for what you get is overpriced. $5 for a little croissant is a bit much. If it was a big croissant perhaps I would feel I got my monies worth. With 1 coffee, 1 muffin, 1 croissant, and tip, it came to $15. Could have had a meal for that, but I had to get something for my mother in the morning.
One last thing, your slot machines are a bit stingy.
All in all, our stay served it purpose and it was fine.
