This is a backpacking hotel. It is not for older travellers. The bathroom is tiny. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It is great for younger people. The location is on the edge of the square but it's possible to walk places.

They make you feel unwelcome for staying there and post notices everywhere of what they will charge you for everything. I have never in my life been charged my deposit anywhere I've stayed, yet they found a reason to scam me out of my money even though we only slept and showered in the room. We felt like we had to walk on eggshells the whole time there and they still found a reason to charge me my deposit. I don't care about the money, but how unwelcome they made me feel left a sour taste in my mouth. I booked this room dude to positive reviews and limited availability for the festival, but highly regretted it. They also try to bribe you with a free gift if you leave a positive review, which is possibly why the reviews are good. Do not stay here unless you like being treated like an unwanted guest.

The best choice I’ve ever made when staying at Chiang Mai! This little hotel has been curated by hia owner, a very dedicated, kind and hardworker individual. He wanted to make sure that I was completely informed about different experiences, sourroundings, restaurants, temples, places to visit, etc. He went beyond and far and I am very grateful. Complementary snacks and soft drinks are included, the best bed I’ve ever been in a while (and I am an active traveler), best complementary coffee (you can choose between whisky barrel and burberry) and simply the best staff and administration! They became family and I cannot wait to come back and stay with them and share more experiences with them! Thank you from the botton of my heart for the greatest experience! I left a little piece of my heart with you!

Very welcoming staff at the hotel made us feel right at home, room was clean and has good facilities. Complimentary drinks and snacks provided on arrival due to hotel opening and lantern festival, a nice gesture. Staff happy to help with any questions and have great recommendations. Good location, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

I had a Wonderful and great stay at the comfy Corner Hotel, Jeff and other staff welcome to me , And caught me off guard, I didn’t realize the hotel had recently opened, My room was clean and bright, and the staff had provided me with free complementary drinks and snacks, I felt like I was being spoiled, but I appreciate Hospitality and service that I received here it was above and beyond exceptional, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Chiang Mai
