Hotel room was very clean, bed comfortable, good coffee in lobby and helpful staff. Toilet is high tech but toilet room was small for big people. Separate shower room was huge with bath tub too. Great AC in room. Loved location and easy multiple public transit locations. Would definetely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely and smelled amazing. Staff was polite and tried their best to communicate with us only knowing basic Japanese phrases. There is a Don Qui opposite open 24h so if you fancy anything at any time of the night you can have it. It’s a little noisy outside at night but not too bad. They have a free coffee service during the day. We would definitely stay again!

I really liked Hotel Rio overall. The location was great and made it easy to get around, and the hotel itself was nice and comfortable in most ways. The only downside was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, and I had a hard time sleeping during my stay. Aside from that, I enjoyed the hotel and the convenience of the location.

Well located to visit Shinjuku. Close to the train station and main attractions, in a quiet street. Confortable bed, room with many amenities. Microwave and minifridge.
