The location was unbelievably great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the room was quite small. But it was ok for me. I would definitely recommend it and come back.

Great walking location, in an upper end area of Rome. Great shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself could use a deep clean, felt a little bit unkept, but I understand that it under new ownership and that they are just working on some of these small things. The beds were very comfortable and the location made up for the small issues.

Lovely staff who greeted us kindly and were very sweet. Room was well appointed and clean, and the master bed extremely comfy. Great location close to the Metro and just metres from designer boutiques and the Spanish Steps. Short walk to Trevi Fountain.

The property had a lot of potential, but the room was very dusty. There were a couple of socks on the floor in different spots and there was a towel on the floor behind the curtains. There were handprints on the door on the back of the bathroom mirror. Additionally the temperature of our room was very warm. It was 95 degrees farenheit, 35 celcius in Rome while we were there and we couldn't get the room below 24-26 or 75/77 which was very uncomfortable. The person from the front desk did offer us a fan and agreed it was too warm, but wasn't able to help on the three night stay. The temperature remained that high despite itvappearing that everything should have been working.

Ac not functioning, room extremely hot not able to sleep for all of our stay, only one small working fan, asked for fan replacement never got one, requested another room, no answer no one in reception when needed. They sent a technician to fix AC last night there. Worst experience in a hotel
