Lovely tranquil hotel
Riad Door Janna was a lovely hotel. A tranquil escape from the business of the Medina. Staff were friendly and room has everything you need. Rooftop on a nice day is a lovely escape. This is not a comment regarding the hotel, but hotels.com. The address provided in hotels.com was wrong, and those that have been to Marrakech know the medina is a bit of a maze. I have emailed hotel.com.

Lovely Riad in the Medina
Lovely Riad … once you find it. It is not where Apple Maps says it it. Food is good. If I had one not so good thing to say, it is the large number of glass water bottles that are used.

Séjour au top
Le Riad coche toutes les cases qui nous ont permi de passer un excellent séjour : situation hyper pratique à proximité de tout (10 mn de la place El Fna) qualité de la chambre et de la literie, décoration exceptionnelle, rooftop très agréable, qualité des petits déjeuner et des diners (tajine délicieuse), acceuil et service au top (personnel au petit soin) et enfin ascenseur hyper pratique qui dessert tous les étages ( pratique pour moi qui marche avec une canne). Bref une excellente adresse.

Excellent du début à la fin
Luxe, calme et volupté ! Au cœur de la médina mais dans une ruelle calme, le raffinnement de cet hôtel est indescriptible ! Parfaitement situé entre jama el fna et la place des ferblantiers. Tout est dans le détail, les parfums, on y vit une véritable expérience. Le petit déjeuner servi avec sourire est délicieux. La literie très haut de gamme. Chaque détail est un luxe. Notre expérience n’aurait pas été la même sans l’amabilité incroyable du personnel, des réceptionnistes adorables à la masseuse. Ma femme a eu droit au meilleur massage de sa vie avec Warda. Nous reviendrons dans ce cocon sans hésitation !

Amazing Experience!
I’m spending a few weeks in Barcelona this fall and decided to visit Marrakesh last weekend. My flight from Casablanca to Marrakesh got delayed for a couple of hours. The passport control in Marrakesh was slow and took me over 45 minutes to pass through it. My guide knew I’ll be staying at Door Janna riad and called them on our way there. We got to this square close to the riad and Yassine (the receptionist at Door Janna) was waiting for me at 3am. There are actually two gentlemen with this name working there and both are incredibly friendly and professional. They quickly checked me in and I got to sleep after a super long day. I had breakfast at 10am on their rooftop. Staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My room was very clean and comfortable. AC worked perfectly. They left a bottle of water every morning. There was a Nespresso machine in my room with two coffee pods every morning. I enjoyed it a lot. Bathroom was super clean and modern. When you walk inside this riad you feel you’re in a movie. It’s a beautiful place and very peaceful. Overall I had an amazing experience in this riad and overall in Marrakesh. My overall rating for Door Janna: 10/10
