We’re to start the hotel rooms are clean and tidy with a modern look the only item missing was a small fridge to keep milk or beer wine etc the nearest subway is a 10 minutes walk to head onto the city which takes around 10mins we inquired about a late check out as to which cost $115 for approximately 4hrs until 3pm however come check out day we were inconvenienced by two fire alarms and a hotel worker wanting to change or check the room phones so basically paid $115 11am to 3pm to be awoken and kept awake i did mention this at check out there was no information provided about this upon payment for the late check out I was told it was a test and a warning was announced you don’t hear anything with ear plugs in but rest assured you hear the alarm which was sounded twice 2nd time for a prolonged time I left my details with the desk as there was no manager and of course we’re cash is involved there’s no contact left disappointed with a fatigued family !

Ótimo custo benefício

O hotel fica a uns 500 metros da estação de metrô e passa por um conjunto meio esquisito, não aconselho andar a pé durante a noite. A estação tem fácil acesso para toda a cidade e pegar um uber na volta, da estação até o hotel foi o que fizemos e custava 10,00 por dia. O hotel é muito bom e confortável, oferece alguns itens como croissant e café durante a manhã, mas não chegue tarde, 8:30h já não tinha mais nada. Cama muito boa, travesseiros ótimos, quarto limpa sempre que você solicitar e banho ótimo também. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado do meu quarto e a recepcionista mentiu dizendo qie foi em todo o hotel, depois de dois dias sem dormir, me trocaram de quarto. Ponto negativo: a acústica do hotel é horrível, vc escuta tudo dos quartos e da rua. Voltaria a me hospedar. A redondeza é feia, mas não me senti insegura.

Emplacement ok mais le reste horrible

C'est simple le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement proche du métro (20min pour aller a time Square en comptant la marche de l'hôtel a la bouche de métro ) Sinon a part ça rien n'allait : - chambre sale des cheveux et poils partout + de la moisissure autour de la douche - mur pas du tout insonorisé on entendait les voisins - fenêtre idem on entendait tout dans la rue y compris le marchand de glace a 23h... - je suis venue avec mon bébé, on m'a promis un lit bébé comme je l'avais demandé Ah oui on me ramène le lit bébé mais sans le matelas et sans draps !! Obliger de descendre pour parler au patron (bien évidemment en anglais) pour négocier et avoir un matelas "correct" pour ma fille. Je l'ai eu mais matelas tout sauf confortable ma fille a dû dormir dans notre lit pendant 1 semaine !!! - literie + qu'à revoir - le petit déjeuner, que dire !!! Inexistant sans blague on réserve un petit déjeuner pour la semaine si on peut appeler ça un petit déjeuner 4 pauvres viennoiseries qui se battent en duels a partager avec 20 autres personnes Du café que l'on doit attendre 15min toute les 30s et les viennoiseries idem alors que les employés sont en train de manger les pains au chocolat et discuter dans la cuisine !!!! Bref un hôtel que je ne recommande pas du tout surtout pas en famille

Long Island City

Do not drive here, only expensive valet parking available. There's many hotels in ybe area. Located near Queens Bridge. Room was 3 ft from the elevator. No refrigerator or microwave. Open shower floor, no tub. Clean rooms. Strange fixtures in the sink and shower. Public transportation is nearby.

Very disappointed and terrible service.

I recently had an 11-day stay at the Aiden BestWestern hotel last January. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleaning service. Despite being a modern hotel, the room was only cleaned once during my entire stay, and even then, it wasn't done properly. My partner and I had to take it upon ourselves to clean up after ourselves, including disposing of our own trash. When I approached the front desk to request cleaning, the staff seemed unsure of the cleaning schedule. This lack of organization and attention to detail was frustrating, especially considering we were paying customers. In my opinion, the front desk staff could benefit from additional training to improve their customer service skills. As it stands, their lack of care and laziness were thoroughly disappointing. I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues and provide better service to their guests.

The hotel room was beautiful. If traveling by foot you'll past through some tough looking streets but at the end it's worth the stay. I stayed for the weekend in a smaller room but it was just me so it was grand lol. My room was hidden were you had to go through one door that had two more rooms in the outside. The only downfall was it didn't have a fridge or microwave in my room wasn't sure if was just my room or all. Also they have a descent lounge area for you to enjoy

Great service but had Bed Bugs & Lice !!

The hotel Staff were extremely kind & polite. But the stay of the hotel wasn’t a good experience. Out of the 5 nights I stayed, only 1 night our room was cleaned when I requested for all 5 days. Also, the 1 night wasn’t even clean, they just made the bed. The worst part of the stay was the bed Bugs, my girlfriend went home with lice & bed bugs in her head and on her clothes.

Disappointed

Nothing impressive. For a new building, there were definite signs of water damage throughout. Also, the linens were coarse and pillows uncomfortable. The area the hotel is located isn’t ideal. Quite a walk from the hotel to the subway.
