Decent property for a good price as weekend rates for Niagara are astronomical! Although the rooms are dated, they are well kept and very clean by all standards of motel/inn category, and parking was free. Very nice towels and the toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind. Front Desk was welcoming and helpful with a smile I wouldn't hesitate to stay at either of their properties on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls.

It's one of the cheaper hotels, so you get what you pay for (though by no means was it inexpensive). Cons: Run down, dirty carpets, breakfast was a loaf of wonderbread left on a table with jam packets, broken tv. Pros: Easy check in, relatively comfy bed.

It's perfect for what it is. The location is great! And the staff was so helpful and friendly. The price is perfect for people that want to get the whole Niagara experience with kids and not break the bank. Room was clean and modern. No real complaints. Very satisfied.

We arrived 45 minutes early so I asked if the room is available for early check-in. The staff did not even look into the system to check which room I am getting and if its ready. Rather given blunt response that check-in will happen at 3 PM. Front desk did not even greet guest nor did they look welcoming. The room was clean however there were no soaps nor towels. So, I had to go and ask for it. Hotel seems old property but okay for budget stay.

The room and linen were properly clean. The room was tidy EXCEPT for the old cigarette smell of the carpet (assuming that this was a smokers room way back in the day). Included breakfast was nothing more than coffee or tea with bread for toasting. Other than this, the check in was easy - Mike, the caretaker is super friendly and professional - and ensured that our stay was comfortable. He was very. Accommodating and genuinely friendly. This mother is a Mr frills motel and the entire property was well maintained. This is just perfect for those who enjoy extended walking - just 10 minutes drive to the Horse Shoe Niagara Falls. Plenty of diverse restaurants around at reasonable prices. Will definitely stay there again. Just bear in mind that this is a No Frills motel - but staff are very helpful and sweet. Rooms are spotless. Perfectly located just outside of the very busy and noisy touristy part - yet not far from the center of businesses. Worth it
