The hotel is new and well build with nice corridores, elevators, reception, fire exits. I had an executive room with two fixed tables, 3 chairs, a vestibule, some storage space and no window. Fast wifi. The safe did not work even after the staff tried to repair it twice. The American style toilet got blocked but we had another room. The other room had strong urine smell but we cleared it by fully showering the bathroom and removing a very dirty carpet. The safe did not work again. The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, the slope of the bathroom is such that water does not flow out completely but we could push it out with our feet. I requested but could not obtain a wiper to push out water. Tap water is yellow. It was difficult to dry our clothes and the room had a moderate moldy smell so I guess the ventilation does not work optimally (maybe the 2 doors are too tightly sealed). The lack of window combined with the jet lag made strange effects to me. No street noise but some internal noise from next rooms or hand-held radios in corridor. Room is cleaned only in the presence of the guest. This is good to tell exactly what you need and avoid any security doubt (especially since the safe is out of order) but bad if you are short on time. Overall, I think this hotel is almost good and will be really good after some operational improvements.

Elevator broke. Went down stairs and door was locked at bottom. Had to go back to 4th floor until staff got us out. Didn’t like feeling trapped in the hotel.
