The location of the hotel was wonderful.
Close to the marina and Main Street.
The hotel staff were very friendly and kind, making our stay very comfortable.
The room was very clean and cozy!
After a long day, it was nice to have an air conditioned room to return too!
The top deck was a nice added touch, to relax in the sun and have a dip in the pool!
Every morning breakfast was served up there, to enjoy the view.
Thanks for a great visit to the Cabo area!

The location is very convenient, staff is attentive, the free breakfast it's a joke, just coffee and some strange cookies, parking is only two spaces, you have to park in the street. Hot water works works on/off, very low flow in the shower, weird bathroom, but be careful with room 101 and 102, very noisy all night!

The hotel is still in the works but it met our needs. The only thing that was missing was a fridge in the room, other than that, everything is in walking distance. Restaurants at every corner, OXXO (Mexican 7-11) is two blocks down. The marina is a 7 minute walk. This hotel is located near the center of all attractions. Cheap, nice and convenient . WiFi, prime and Netflix on the TV and very spacious room.

The Colmena Marina is a new building just a short walk from Cabo's marina area, the city's main tourist spot. It's far enough away not to be noisy, and there are a number of places to eat nearby. The complimentary rooftop breakfast is a nice amenity. The main entrance is not staffed overnight so if you come in after hours there is a code for the front door.

The Hotel was still under construction when we arrived so the only amenities available were coffee, bed, and free wifi. This was really all we needed as our days were completely booked with other activities. Unfortunately I would not recommend due to extreme noise until 3am. Bring ear plugs

The hotel has no way of locking rooms from the inside and their safe is a joke as it’s not bolted down and a cheap cheap model.
Huge gaps around the door and we left after one night.

The property is in a good location close to the marina and downtown. The property will be nice qhen the construction ia done.
The staff was good.
The elevator wasnt operational yet.
There was drywall and other dust everywhere on the property.
The swimming pool looked bigger in the pictures.
I was woken up almost every morning to construction noise.
There was a couple of days they didnt have bottled water in my room.
But like i said it will be a nice place when it is finished.
The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows.

Poor / cold breakfast service .
Poor conditions to prepare food for guests .
Location is good. 5 minutes to downtown.
Parking is very few spots .
Poor internet
TV service is not free . You can sign in to one of your apps like Netflix etc but … the internet signal is very poor .

But overall the installations need to work on main important details in order to became a successful place to stay .
