1) Didn't realize the unit was a) on the 2nd floor but extended to 3rd and 4th floor. That's a lot of walking steps for older people 2) all the furniture (chairs, couches, beds) was low. Too low. For anyone taller than 6 feet, it is hard on the back to get on and off furniture that low. 3) parking is VERY tiny spots. They tried to squeeze too many parking spots into that small space. Very easy to scrape the car against those columns every other spot. 4) the Samsung TV was hard to use. We had trouble finding live sports.

Fully equipped kitchenette was very convenient! Room was fairly clean upon check-in and decor was curated and cute. Bathroom layout was somewhat small and not a lot of sink counter space or shelves with an open shower. Areas around the building were walkable, within 10 min walk of the farmers market, coffee shops, convenience stores, etc.

Our stay was just ok. As a couple, the room fit our needs completely. The location was fantastic and walkable to almost everywhere. Unfortunately, our biggest complaint was that it was quite dirty upon our arrival. When we reached out to customer service, they did send someone in to come clean again and it was much better. We were disappointed that they didn't clean it properly the first time before we arrived. It is clear that they pump travelers through these condos constantly. Many items in the room were in disrepair.

The location is amazing for Nashville. 10-15 minites from everywhere including Broadway and the Opry. The room had no storage space for clothes at all and was very cramped in the bedroom space. Lack of drawers and night stands was an issue.

Overall, the accommodations were comfortable for a quick overnight stay. The studio was unkept and not cleaned upon arrival. Cobwebs, dust, dirty walls and surfaces, even hair and stains on and in the bedding.

Building seems relatively new, walkable to broadway. Ample parking. No washing machine as stated. Surfaces and bed was clean, but floor and carpet were very dirty. Had teething issues getting into the property but staff were very responsive and helpful when called. Area seemed worse than what it was, but that’s just because there was no one else walking so was quite eerie. Walked back from Broadway at night multiple times.

Overall a good stay. There were a few things that didn’t necessarily feel clean, but it was okay. The room was very efficient but we did miss a sitting area. The bed might have been a little too big because you had to sidestep it to get to the washroom and resulted in banging my shin multiple times. Loved that they used Grown Alchemist.
