So to be honest, I was expecting the room to be a lot more organized, but when we arrive, there was towels in the washing machine. There was a smell in the washroom of drainage, which was concerning as I had a small child with us. I expected a little bit more upscale and service from the homeowner. Especially with a child it’s kind of hard to move around and told to go to building C then go to building A. I understand that the owner has a team working for him, but so far me being in Vietnam this was kind of the worst luxury experience I’ve ever received. I also messaged about the main fob not working for the 36 floor pool area and I haven’t received any reply. We had to figure it out with the security at the front, which was very helpful and we tipped for assisting us. So far, not even impressive stay and to be honest with not book again. (But maybe that’s my personal opinion)

Sehr enttäuscht und nicht zu empfehlen

Bei Ankunft des Aufenthalt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir unsere gebuchten 3 Zimmer nicht bekommen ,sondern nur ein 2 Zimmer .Es Ware ein einchecken erst vielleicht um 21 Uhr , oder 2- 3 Tage möglich.Da wir das Geld in Deutschland bereits bezahlt hatten , und keine andere Aufenthalt schnell finden konrtên , haben wir das 2 Zimmer angenommen. Wir stellen fest, dass es in diesen Apartment sehr ofters Kunden mit solche Masche reingelegt werden . Am schlimmsten waren die Aufzuge, wo man sich anstellen mit und ca 10 min. Wartezeit rechnen musst.sowas habe ich noch nur erlebt.

What can I say? We went to our room. The room was dirty, clothes from the previous renter. Cigarettes everywhere, very disgusting. The owners admitted that it was not cleaned, that they would send someone to clean the next day. They took us somewhere else same thing there. The pictures are nothing like expedia shows. I contacted Expedia they said they could not do anything. Please do not book. I have pictures and videos. Iam very dissatisfied and disappointed with Expedia. They are still advertising them. If you scroll you can see all Expedia customers are dissatisfied.

Possible scam with this management team. When we arrived at the property, we were told that our apartment is not available because of a fire alarm issue. He walked us down the street a couple blocks to another building and said this suite was bigger. When we got there, we found it wasn’t overly clean, it was on the third floor overlooking the back alley and wasn’t as nice as the Song Apartment Building we just came from. He said this was all it’s available unless we wanted to pay an extra fee to get back into the Song apartment building. I looked online Expedia and seen there are still some apartments available so I told him I was going to cancel original reservation and go with a different management company. I walked back to the song apartments and was just about ready to rebook when he called me on WhatsApp and said they found an apartment at no extra cost. The only reason he called me back was because I stuck to my guns and was gonna cancel my original partial Seaview apartment reservation. The apartment was OK, not very well equipped but we ate out the whole time we’re there. Apartment building itself is OK. Beware, if they say “not available unless you pay more” I see others had same problem getting what they asked for.

We didn’t stay at the property as advertised. They claimed the room we booked needed repaired and substituted with another room in another condo about 5 min away. It’s frustrating the way they conducted business. However, the substitute condo was passable. We will have to find another way to book, not thru these people.

The property itself was average. We booked for 2 weekends and had very bad experience checking in on both occasions. We booked 2 rooms each time . 1st weekend, when we arrived , we were told our rooms were not available and the rep escorted us 1/2 mile down the street to another hotel that was not acceptable. I demanded to get the rooms that I paid for. After a long negotiation they found us 2 rooms at the song vùng. The 2nd weekend was worse. When we arrived they told us they didn’t have rooms for us unless we paid more. That’s definitely not acceptable. This all seems like a scam and our reservations were not honored. Expedia should look into this and not have them as an option . I’ve reserved all my vacations through Expedia and this was the ultimate worse experience. Especially when you are in a foreign country.

We book the room by the time check in they don’t have room and they want we go to another location, that is not the way to do and can’t cancel no refund, I will contact the Expedia when I go back to USA get my refund. Not recommend to book this apartment
