Good room given the price I paid and the location. A good 10-15 minute walk to old nice, shops near by and places to eat. The room was quite spacious and clean with a clean bathroom. No amenities but that was expected given the price.

Boa localização, bem próximo as duas estações. Otimo chuveiro e banho.Secador que funciona.Tudo automatizado e sem funcionários ou proprietários . Três noites, quatro dias e em nenhum momento vimos ninguém . O quarto não foi limpo e não conseguimos se quer tirar o lixo. Tivemos que deixar no canto. A recepção ,que também é um depósito manteve computador ligado sem ninguém por todo período.As máquinas citadas no site do hotel estavam vazias e não funcionam.O cafe que também citam não existe. O quarto de numero dois que ficamos é diferente das fotos e foi difícil acomodar duas malas de bordo.A roupa de cama não é da marca de algodão e pena conforme divulgam.A proposta é boa , está bem organizado, porém sugiro rever o que realmente oferecem conforme a realidade do local que é bacana e bem seguro.

commerces, restau, tram et gare : OK il n'y avait pas grand chose dans le distributeur du couloir. personne à l'accueil et c'est mon mari qui a reçu les infos (heureusement) pour l'ouverture de la porte rue et récupération de la clé porte chambre. Si j'avais été seule, je n'aurai pas pu rentrer alors que c'est moi qui ai fait l'inscription pour cette chambre.

Leuk hotel en goede locatie! Hele goede waterdruk in de douche en bed lag comfortabel, kamer had goede airco. Schoonmaak kon iets netter (kwamen tussendoor niet bij een verblijf van 3 dagen, misschien op aanvraag?) Supervriendelijk en aardig contactpersoon!

The room was really nice and cozy, yet not that clean.(dusty and garbage from previous guests under the bed). The location is good. It is really near the train station and it has good restaurants and cafes around. From the beach and the old town its a 10-15min walk. Staff not that welcoming and never in the reception for assistance. However in general the property is a good option its just needs some more care.

Budget place to stay, could use improvements.

Wifi was not working the two days I stayed here. I had messaged the hotel about this and it still was not fixed. Similar to other reviews, the shower door isn't sealed properly so water leaks into the rest of the bathroom. Besides the two things, its a no frill place to stay. Decent location, short walk to the main street in Nice and not too far from the beach.

we really enjoyed our time in nice! property was accurate to photos. only thing that would have been convenient is better and clearer instruction on checking in. we figured it out and got into our room but it was a little confusing. bed was comfy though, and the shower had great water pressure!

Fik det værelse hvor internetforbindelsen ikke kunne nå helt ud til, men ellers var alt andet godt. God plads i bad området og bruseren leverede varmt vand og rigeligt af det. Rentgøringen var ok og rene håndklæder hver dag. Personalet var flinke, selv om de ikke helt forstod engelsk gik kommunikationen fint. Stedet er tæt på stationen Ville Nice, supermarkeder i 3 mins gå afstand. Man kommer let til stranden og frugt og grønt markedet i den gammel bydel.
