The office manager was hateful and the tv and AC in the didnt work had to be moved. The pool wasnt active it was dark and very unwelcoming, the handicap chair was in a spot that made using the hot tub/pool area uninviting. The breakfast was not like what is posted on hotels.com. The only good thing was the bed it was very comfortable evetything else was false advertising. The hotel is in a very run down part of town.

Potential Renovation
I reserved a room with a private hot tub. At check-in they gave me the room key. When I reached the room it looked like they were cleaning, so I went back to the front desk were they informed me the room was being painted and they didn't have anymore rooms with private hot tub available. I took the next room they offered me. The hotel smells like smoke, even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. At breakfast they had a sign that says, "yogurt and juices did not arrive." There was only one cereal option. They had gravy but a sign that said, "no biscuits." It looked like they may being doing some renovation, but no signs indicating that.

Sky Tree Hotel Tulsa
I love that this hotel is close to a lot of restaurant options. I was horribly disappointed that their pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay. I specifically chose this hotel for those amenities, so I won't ever stay at this hotel again.

Gross.

Our stay was good, but we were not happy with the deposit arrangements. It took minutes to take the deposit from us, but it to 10 days to get it back. We can only hope that we get it all back.

Disappointed
they now require a $100 deposit if you pay it with your card it takes 7-10 days to get it returned. If you pay cash then you wait while they go and inspect your room. Breakfast was served in crockpots. you could tell it was prepared in the crockpots since the sausage was soaking in water and was basically boiled. The biscuits were still in the bag that that they came out of the freezer in and were just tossed in the crockpot to warm up. I used to stay when it was the Ramada and it was much better. My room was advertised to have a private hot tub, and it did not. The Pool and Spa were closed and appear to have been for quit a while now. This one is now off my list of places to stay in Tulsa now.

Good stay
Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles. The room was clean and overall it was quiet and super nice for the price way better than anything else you can get around here

Nice Place
The room was clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. The chairs were showing wear. The TV was not working but the staff had it replaced and this was on a Sunday night. Breakfast was nice. Had 5 hot items plus other items. The breakfast room was quite large a quite nice. Pool is under repair. Also it is under new management and did good for us. Was worth the price
