The cleanliness is missing at this hotel. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. I used a white cloth to wipe up a water spill and it came back brown. The stairwell and the elevator were flithy, like they had not been cleaned in a very long time.

The room we got checked into was not cleaned at all there was dirty towels and toilets was dirty and the beds were not made like they had been slept in. It smelt bad. They moved us to another room, the carpets were not vaccuumed the fridge was not cold and the toilet was dirty like it had not been scrubbed. Did not complain about it as it was late and we were tired.

The limited breakfast was ok. The mattress had a pocket in it. Needs to be replaced. No chair to sit in. Just a bed. TV channels were nonexistent.

Room was good but was too lit at night when sleeping. Need better blinds to keep out the light. Beds could have been better - obviously older mattresses. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Yes, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, felt very much welcomed. rooms very clean, bathroom was clean but, plumbing needed to be updated (toilet)! the morning breakfast great and staff made sure all was fresh and plenty!
