The hotel is in a front location, easy to find. We arrived to the hotel mid afternoon, but there wasnt anyone at the reception for over 30 min... The room was clean, clean bed linen and towels, but the tap of cold water wasnt working, the pressure of the shower was very poor and not a great mattress on the double bed. Next morning we went for breakfast around 9, but the staff had put everything away already so they had to put all back out again. On the last day we went again at 9 for breakfast but there wasnt anything or anyone around, we tried to call the number given, but no answer, therefore we left and had breakast at a services sration on our way back home. Our overal experience from above commenrs wasn't the best, we're very dissapointed on the service vs price paid.

Great location opposite the seafront.

We had two nights here and enjoyed our stay as we were visiting the nearby Transport Festival at Bodafon Fields. The hotel was an easy walk to the site and overall we enjoyed our stay here. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here at the Manor Hotel. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we required. Nice view of the sea and out across to the Great Orme from the bedroom window. Would stay here again.

Hotel ok, not the best

Family trip for one night. Our door was very difficult to lock from inside and once we had managed to lock it, we then struggled to unlock it. This is a fire hazard. It appeared something just did not line up when locking from inside, but seemed to lock ok from outside. The people upstairs had a child who they let run around constantly disturbing our sleep, but we can’t blame the hotel for that, some people are just very inconsiderate. We paid for breakfast and so we expected a full English, however, there were help yourself food items like the toast machine you would find on holiday abroad. Then we were offered tea or coffee and scrambled egg or boiled egg, there was no full English. For the money I do feel it was a little over priced, however, the host was very polite and very helpful. The stairs could have been hoovered too. The shower was quite rubbish too, I think it needs a new shower head.

Good partial views for sea and mountains.

Latch to bathroom not working, windows hard to close and to open, missing plug for bathroom so can not take a bath, electric shower bad brand as water change temperature while taking shower ocasionally burning skin. (Shock for kids.)

Good service, clean & comfy room

I just wanted a reasonably priced room for one night and breakfast the following morning and it ticked all the boxes. Friendly welcome, clean comfy room, wifi, tv, part sea view, very convenient location and a good continental breakfast for a reasonable price. Nothing fancy but perfectly good. I liked the fact that the room i got was the room I'd seen on the Internet when booking. I would happily stay again.

Well worth the money!

A simple but very clean and friendly overnight stop in Llandudno. Easy check in and a good dog friendly room, and very clean throughout. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel was really nice in terms of the building and the service was flawless. Only criticism is that the shower tray moves, not sealed very well or professionally. Room also gets really hot in the early hours of the morning for some reason.

Our room was a delux Seaview room and had lots of space and a comfortable bed . The sea view was lovely with a view of the Great Orme . One window didn’t close properly. Our daughter’s room was very cold the radiator when turned up was hardly warm . She was very cold in the room. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t good . The breakfast was continental . They didn’t have any diary free butter or milk which was a shame for our daughter and boyfriend who were vegans . The owner was very helpful and friendly . The bar area wasn’t cosy so we didn’t use it .

Llandudno gem

What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value
